1. Services

Remote support may include supplier and order follow-up, shipment readiness coordination, trackers for pending actions, import document review, discrepancy identification, and sourcing or supplier coordination. The precise scope, deliverables, timeline, and responsibilities will be agreed in writing before an engagement begins.

These services do not guarantee supplier responses, shipment schedules, customs clearance, or any other third-party outcome. They do not constitute legal, customs, regulatory, or financial advice.

2. Free PDF Eraser

PDF Eraser is a free browser-based tool for removing visible marks or areas from PDF files. Files are processed in your browser and are not intentionally uploaded to our server by the normal editing workflow. The tool does not store your files. You are responsible for keeping your original and reviewing the exported file before sharing or relying on it.

The output may be image-based rather than text-searchable and may not preserve all original PDF features. Do not use the tool for highly confidential or restricted documents unless you have independently verified that the workflow is suitable for your needs.

3. Independence

This is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government, customs, banking, or regulatory body, or by any current or former employer. It does not act on behalf of those organizations.

4. Eligibility and client responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use the website and tool, or be legally authorized to act for an organization. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use any documents or information you provide.

For a support engagement, you agree to provide accurate instructions, identify any relevant deadlines, and review and confirm final documents before they are submitted, filed, or used for official purposes. Do not send confidential client materials until a suitable sharing method has been agreed.

5. Confidentiality and document handling

Client documents and business information will be shared and handled using a method agreed with the client. Confidential information will be used only as needed to perform the agreed engagement and will not be disclosed except as authorized or required by law. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request.

Documents provided for an engagement are retained only for the engagement and will be returned or deleted on request, subject to any legal retention obligation. PDF Eraser does not store files processed through its normal browser-based workflow.

6. Fees and ending an engagement

Before paid work begins, the parties will agree in writing on the scope, rates or fee, deliverables, invoicing arrangements, and payment timing. Either party may end an ongoing engagement by giving the notice agreed in writing. Fees for work already completed and any other agreed charges remain payable.

7. Accuracy and no professional advice

PDF Eraser output may contain visual or formatting issues and may be image-based. Check the exported file before sharing or using it. Operational support and document reviews are performed with reasonable care, but errors or omissions may occur. The client must verify and approve final documents before official filing, submission, or business use.

Nothing on this website or in the services is legal, customs, regulatory, or financial advice. The website, tool, and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. Intellectual property and liability

The website, PDF Eraser software, code, and design are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or resell the tool except as permitted by law or with written permission. You retain rights in your own documents and business information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, business interruption, third-party delays, document errors, or loss arising from use or inability to use the website, tool, or services. You use the website and tool at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The revised version and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts in Pakistan.
