Terms of Service, User Policy, and Acceptable Use Agreement

1. Description of Service

PhotonMR provides an online software tool that allows users to upload PDF files and convert them into other formats (such as Excel) for personal or organizational use. The Service is provided "as-is" and is intended to assist users in processing files they are legally authorized to access and use. The Service does not generate, modify, or validate government records and is not affiliated with any government authority.

2. No Government Affiliation

This Service:

• is not operated by any government authority
• is not affiliated with Pakistan Customs
• does not represent or act on behalf of any government agency

Any PDF files processed by the Service remain the responsibility of the user. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to access and process any government or customs data uploaded to the platform.

3. Eligibility

By using this Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or
• You are legally authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

You also confirm that:

• You have the legal right to upload the data you submit.

4. User Responsibility for Uploaded Data

You agree that:

• You are the sole owner or authorized user of the files uploaded.
• The files do not contain illegal or unauthorized information.
• The files were obtained through lawful means.

You must not upload:

• files belonging to other companies without authorization
• confidential government data without permission
• stolen or illegally obtained data
• malware or malicious files

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service for:

• illegal activities
• government system abuse
• hacking or security testing
• uploading malicious files
• automated scraping or bots
• reverse engineering the software
• attempting to bypass system limits
• reselling the Service without permission
• impersonating another person or organization
• using the Service in violation of local or international law

Violation may result in immediate account suspension.

6. Unauthorized Access

You must not:

• share accounts with unauthorized users
• access another user's account
• attempt to bypass authentication systems
• attempt to extract system data

Any attempt to access restricted systems may result in: account termination, service ban, legal action if necessary.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee: uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage of files.

The Service may experience:

• downtime
• maintenance interruptions
• system failures
• file processing errors

Users should always keep their own backups.

8. Data Storage and File Retention

Uploaded files and generated files may be stored temporarily for processing purposes. The Service reserves the right to: delete files after processing, delete inactive accounts, remove files to maintain system capacity.

Users should download their files immediately after processing.

9. Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service converts files automatically using software algorithms. We do not guarantee that: the output is correct, the data is complete, the output is suitable for legal or financial use.

Users must verify results independently. The Service should not be relied upon for official filings without verification.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service owner shall not be liable for: data loss, financial loss, customs penalties, incorrect reporting, system downtime, file corruption, delayed processing, business interruption.

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, code, and platform design belong to the Service owner. Users may not: copy the software, reverse engineer the system, distribute or resell the platform. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

12. Independent Development

PhotonMR is an independently developed software platform. The Service has been developed privately and is not created on behalf of any employer, organization, or third party unless explicitly stated. No employer, company, or organization holds ownership rights over the Service unless such rights are explicitly granted in writing by the Service owner.

13. No Employer or Organizational Affiliation

PhotonMR operates as an independent software service. The platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any employer, organization, or company where the Service owner may currently or previously have been employed. Any similarity to internal business workflows used by companies is incidental and arises from common industry practices.

14. Confidential Data Responsibility

Users must not upload confidential, proprietary, or restricted business data unless they are authorized to do so. The Service owner is not responsible for any confidential or proprietary information uploaded by users without proper authorization.

15. Abuse Prevention

To protect system stability, we may implement: rate limiting, upload limits, processing limits, account verification, monitoring for suspicious activity.

Accounts that generate abnormal traffic may be restricted or suspended.

16. Payments and Refunds

If the Service includes paid plans: payments are for software access, not guaranteed outcomes; refunds are not guaranteed; subscription access may be suspended if payment fails.

17. Account Termination

We reserve the right to: suspend accounts, terminate accounts, block users, if: these Terms are violated, illegal activity is suspected, system abuse is detected.

18. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Service. This may include: Email address, Name, Mobile number, Login information, Uploaded file metadata, System logs, IP, Device fingerprint.

We do not sell personal data.

19. Security Notice

Although reasonable security measures are used, no online system is completely secure. Users must: keep credentials confidential, avoid sharing accounts, report suspected security issues.

20. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers including: hosting providers, cloud storage services, authentication providers, email services. We are not responsible for failures of these services.

21. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
